I get the following error when adding IP sources to my project in Vivado 2017.1
[#UNDEF] Incorrect 'end_toolblock' digest values: ...
I have same problem in Vivado 2016.3, the error message is
[Designutils 20-2353] IEEE-1735 envelope has been modified since encryption; vendor xilinx_2016_05, digest value="GlyxdbxScoqnqL5Sp+4HI81JJVFBRSbZbBk4mpGvzew=" ...
Any clue?

What is the value that you are using for "data_method"?
If `protect data_method="aes256-cbc" value is used there is an error where as `protect data_method="aes128-cbc" works fine.
